Here are the ways I think I can serve you best:
I'm dellighted to do custom orders for you; just contact me about what you have in mind. If I can fulfill your request, I'll give you an estimate of what the total might be, give or take a very small margin. I require at least half that estimate before I begin; the other half plus shipping and handling before final delivery. If you can receive email, I'll send you a picture of the finished creation for your approval. Your deposit is not refundable unless I'm unable to fulfill your order. I'll always do my best to make sure that you're happily satisfied with the final creation.
NECKLACE AND EARRING SETS:
I like offering a complimentary set of earrings with many of my necklaces. They're my gift to you. If you don’t want them, I don't reduce the necklace price, as it was calculated on the worth of the necklace alone. They can; however, make beautiful gifts for someone you know.
I'm happy to convert earrings to clip-ons or a different pierced finding, like a lever-back, for you; however, I must charge you extra for customizing and delivery.
If you see a pair of earrings you like that are part of a set, ask me about them. If I have enough materials left over, I'm happy to make you a pair priced comparably to other earrings of similar quality.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
If you aren’t happy with any purchase, return it within 15 days in the same condition you received it, carefully packaged and insured, and I will refund your money, minus S&H or - apply your credit to another purchase at no additional S&H charge, whichever you prefer.
If the piece is flawed and needs repair, I will accept and repair it up to 30 days from shipment date. You pay to get it to me and I’ll pay to get it back to you.
